Some Natural Ways To Beat Erectile Dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction is no fun at all. And no, this is not an advert like the the famous Pele one, where he seemed more concerned about letting people know he hadn’t ever had the problem, than he was about helping the viewer who had real issues. Being quite a careful sort, I went on the internet to see if Viagra was safe and was greeted by a number of healthier ways to solve my problem. They all seemed quite easy to do as well so I tried them out first.

Start Walking

To be fair, I had got very lazy. I was sat in the office all day, and when I got home I just wanted to sit on my ass watching TV. Consequently I had put on a bit of weight.

The research recommended I do 30 minutes walking every night as moderate exercise helps, and that is what I did. I lost the weight, and it seemed to have a good effect.

Eat Better

OK, I wasn’t just sitting on my ass all day; I was also eating crap. The studies seemed to show eating a diet rich in fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and fish — with fewer red and processed meats and refined grains would help my situation.

With a bit of will power I was able to have a healthier diet, and it did the trick.

Slim Down

One study says that a man with a 42 inch waist is 50% more likely to have ED than a man with a 32 inch waist. Whilst not everyone is naturally small enough to have that tiny a waist, it does go to show that slimming down will help. This is presumably because the bloody has less places to go and less distance to travel (pure guesswork on my part)

As part of my healthier lifestyle, I was able to drop six inches, and my little friend once again became more active.

Kegel Exercises

A strong pelvic floor can really help you along. Doing them twice daily can really have a good effect. There are some tips on Kegel exercises in the video below.

A Mixture Of Things

I doubt any one thing here helped me get through my ED phase. It was probably a mixture of things. I was back seeing the Cardiff escorts within a couple of months. I will admit to continuing to do Kegel exercises, just because I’m worried about the problem going back.

Good look trying these things out. Obviously if none of these things work, then a trip to the doctors is the way forward as it could be a sign there is something more seriously wrong.
